Cancellation Policy
YHWH's Petrified Giants Touring Company LLC offers a cancellation for groups of 9 guests or fewer, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus a $20 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
For groups of 10 or more, as well as custom tours, cancellations must be made more than 30 days in advance to receive a refund. In these cases, the refund will be issued minus a $20 cancellation fee per person. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date.

By booking or participating in any tour, activity, or service provided by YHWH's Petrified Giants Touring Company LLC (“the Company”), you agree to the terms below.  We promise the tour is more fun than the fine print—but the fine print still matters.  Please read them carefully—ancient mysteries aside, this part is very modern.

🌄 Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in guided tours may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to walking or standing for extended periods, uneven or unnatural terrain, changing weather conditions, vehicle travel, and physical exertion.  I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.  By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily accept all risks—both obvious and not-so-obvious—that may come with the journey.

🛡️ Release & Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge YHWH's Petrified Giants Touring Company LLC, including its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the tour, including claims arising from negligence.

💪 Physical Condition & Personal Responsibility
I represent that I am physically and medically capable of participating in the tour and agree to take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during the experience.

References to “petrified giants,” ancient beings, or related legendary elements are provided for entertainment, interpretive storytelling, cultural discussion, or educational curiosity only.  These elements are not presented as verified scientific or historical fact, and no claims or guarantees are made regarding their factual accuracy or existence, and no guarantees of truth, discovery, or revelation are made.

🌦️ No Guarantees (Even from Ancient Forces)
Tour routes, content, conditions, and experiences may vary.  The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or experiences and reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs - because even legends must obey logistics.

⚖️ Governing Law & Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.  Any legal action arising from this agreement or participation in a tour shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Colorado.
